This country's military is the the main reason corruption reigns in Nigeria. The police are children if the powers of the military are reined in. If/when I become president, any soldier who beats a civilian on any excuse will be jailed for life and any aremd official who shoots and killed an unarmed civillian will never leave his or her prison cell until the very last day that death calls upon such.
