A Zimbabwean Pastor has met his tragic end after reportedly trying to walk on water like Jesus did in the bible. Pastor Jonathan Mthethwa of the Saint of the last days church in Mpumalanga, had taught his congregation about faith and had told them he could walk on water as did the biblical Jesus. That was how Pastor Johnathan reportedly met his tragic end as he was eaten by 3 crocodiles after walking about 30 meters into the river.

As indicated by individuals from his congregation who saw him being eaten by not one but rather three crocodiles, Jonathan had gone to the crocodile river to demonstrate to them that what happened in the book of the bible could happen in our time, if just they believed.

“The pastor taught us about faith on Sunday last week. He promised he would demonstrate his faith to us today, but he unfortunately ended up drowning and getting eaten by 3 large crocodiles in front of us. We still don’t understand how this happened because he fasted and prayed the whole week.” Deacon Nkosi a member of the diseased congregation was quoted as saying.
