Another mother's day is here.
And i'm trying to make it through,
Because this day reminds me of the things i miss about you.

Every time that I smile,
Every time that I sigh,
I think of your face,
And a tear escapes my eye.

You were my world,
My inspiration and my heart,
But when you left me,
I thought I would fall apart.

You were my best friend,
My one true 'amebo' partner,
Teacher and pain reliever,
And that's not all you were,
You were also my mom.

You're no more but your words have empowered me,
To become the person I am today.

I didn't want to live without you,
I did not want to get married without you,
And now I'll have to birth your grandchildren without you,
In remembrance of you,I'll name my first daughter after you.

I will give anything to have you back,
But I know now that it was meant to be,
For you are still watching from up there,
And I know in all these you're with me.

I'll make you proud mom,
I'll maximise my potential and be all I can be,
You're going to see me and smile,
That's a daughter's vow

I LOVE YOU MUM

There's nothing greater than a mothers love. I'm sorry for your loss, keep healing, your mom is in a better place and everytime you feel sad just remember all the good days you had with her, she's watching over you all the time. Mold yourself in to a great woman that every mother out there would want their child to be.

Xx
