The battle to reduce traffic congestion in Lagos is not yet over.. Lagos State Government is taking the fight to Ketu.. and they have announced that they would construct three-lane lay-bys and modern motor-park at Ketu.

The Acting Commissioner for Transport, Prince Lanre Elegushi revealed this at a stakeholders meeting with market men/women, residents and National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW). He said the government is committed to tackling points of traffic gridlocks in the state.

The lay-bys will help reduce the travel time to and from Ikorodu.

Just Yesterday, Osun state opened the only World class Technical and ehicle modelling centre in Nigeria. And this one is comparing them with Ebony, lol

Just look at mega-projects in Osun

What you posted there is not development to Igbos, development to Igbos mean building 3 storey residential building in jam-packed manners like you see in Onitsha

I have to give it to Lagos state. Democracy is good but had it not been tinubu single handedly picked fashola and ambode, only God knows what would have happened. I've said it before. If you know how ikorodu was in 1999 and how ikorodu is now, you will know Lagos has come a long way in a positive direction. The brt corridor from Lagos to cms is the best in Lagos and so many infrastructural investments have been made in ikorodu. I emphasize all this because in so many states in Nigeria, especially the oil producing states, most of the investments occur in their capital . If you go to the ikorodu equivalent of the likes of akwa ibom, delta and bayelsa, there is absolutely nothing there despite the huge allocations and low population and nddc and the likes. God help Nigeria.

Truth of the matter is,the Tinubu people lobe to hate set the blue print foundation for the development of Lagos state. He's undoubtedly the brain behind every major achievement in the state and another factor will be the single party system witnessed since the return of democracy to Nigeria,which is also Tinubu's doing. The political dynasty in Lagos or the continuity in governance will make even the least performing governor become the best governor in the country as he only needs to complement the efforts of his predecessors. The state can be likened to the Barcelona team,which can almost play without a coach or make a rookie coach become the greatest in the world. But all their successes in the last decade are as a result of efforts of Frank Rykjard who laid the foundation for the present day Barca.
