certainly will. what make is your pc ? e.g. HP1218.UK. XP or VISTA ?

We need to have all the basics before asking you downloading.

With the picture below, could you please check all connection ok

heaphone or speaker need going to the green port and look on

your screen for any pop up message as it might say Audio manager or sound manager

Dowloading drivers without a genuine reasons can cause[b] instabilities[/b].

For this purpose use google to findout how you can get to device manager

once there look for sound video and game controllers and tell us what it says underneath.

There a high chance it will say multimedia audio controller with ? sgn. whichever way

underneath the laptop it should say e.g. Dell 610

that model number i know is Dell. what's the model
