You can't elimanate primarital sex nor can you prevent extra marital sex either people will do what they want to do. Will stand by the view that contraception needs to be readily available some solution to a very devastating problem has to be sought. It's not about moral compasses it's about addressing a real problem. New born babies being dumped or near term foetuses being found in toilets is a problem.

The problem of discarded foetuses as you put it must be approached from the root else the stump will naturally re-grow.

It's a matter of orientation and breaking oneself free from the mental slavery that exalts pre-marital sex as an existential reality that one can not do without.

Just as a rocket can escape the pull of gravity when it can accelerate to 11Km/s speed so also everyone who is open to evolution from an instinctive plane of beasts can actualy evolve into her own humanity where sex is done according to its dictates of exclusivity and within a mutual understanding of a willed love.
