Some men can faint if they inform them that their wife gave birth to a female child been the first child. some will even say that they will not kill ram or cow if its a baby girl, because female child will bear their husband's name after marriage. Men plz don't be greedy, appreciate any child God has given u, pray for them always, women are wonderful and men are great. The best prayer is just for God to bless us --- keep us safe -- and favour us in everything |

It is better we appreciate wat god has given to us, but for me i would like god 2 give me twins (boys) as first issues, because i hav no elder broda, so my children could hav. |

I don't care, Whichever. The fact is most females are more supportive to their parents, caring and responsible than males in future. Y'all may not agree, but its the fact. So, as for me, whichever God gives to me. All I pray for is a child who would be responsible. great and bring me Joy in life.  |

Baby boy or girl are gifts from GOD, take whatever you are given and be thankful. Some are still waiting for GOD to answer their prayers and whoever is in this situation should stand firm on the word of GOD as your joy and testimony is round the corner  |

mama-gee: Until they hear "it's a girl". . . and see how wrapped up in her Daddy gets, how he runs at the slightest cry, manages to play with her when she's doing her pretend games, and how suspicious he is of the boys who call the house for her. Watching a father and his daughter is truly a sight to behold!  |

Some tribes and communities seriously frown at the idea of a first child being a female. But for me anyone goes. |

selencious: Please lets be careful with such tales by moonlight facts, they serve us no good. @Topic Anyone is okay as they are all a blessing from the most high God. Generally women want their first child to be a female and this applies for the men as well wanting a first child to be a male. |
