But where i worked those days, if there is no light and no one wants to identify the debtor(which most times we can identify without light) we disconnect everybody and move on...not time! Not calling for power to be restored...Nobody in the control room will even answer you

I don't get the joke . As a safety precaution, there's not supposed to be any electrical power when maintenance or disconnection of any form is being carried out. It is standard practice to isolate any source of power before working on it.

Over here in Abuja people enjoy as much as 18hrs to 22hrs . It's no big deal except in periods where it's a national blackout thing or it rains extensively.

Rubbish u need nepa to bring light so they can disconnect Does dat mk any sense. Reverse should be the case
