This Minister is funny,he will resign when his tenure will be coming to an end in 2019, another year for election and who told you that you will remain in office before 2019,you should have told us you will resign by the the end of February next year with that we will know you are serious.

All I can see is another dimension of constructive empty promises aimed at retaining power in 2019. But wait, who can deliver Nigeria from this politcal cum economic quagmire? I am not convince in any body yet.

He's hoping Dangote refinery will be ready by then.

Don't mind them. He is also looking for a safe landing. If the refineries are not ready, he then resigns after stealing enough for him and his household.

Nigeria would stop importing petrol by 2019 not because of any sound government policies but because of our 'Lord saviour' Dangote having his refinery come on stream by then.

But to be honest Dangote will not solve this problem, cos I see him selling petrol at same price as today so waht will be the difference.make we dey watch

This guy is a very stupid guy believe me,when the world is talking about technology this man is still talking about petrol, mark this post, before 2023 petrol/oil will be irrelevant most countries are already switching to hydrogen or electric vehicles by 2025 all new cars will be electric,Nigeria should by now be planning on how to survive without petrol and they're still on the same issue.

That country is doomed.
