He is blameless even after his own people affirmed him as a useless President that did nothing for the Niger Delta? Where's the Ogoni cleanup? Where's the 2nd Niger bridge he promised? Why was the scam confab never implemented? Where are all our stolen yams? Just swerve with that BS.

Oga the present govt promised ogoni cleanup and 2nd niger bridge, where are they? What of fuel price reduction? Price of food? Inflation? Recession? GEJ caused them too?

Where is our president?

2 years on and this govt is already in shambles, looking for who to blame their incompetence on.

Ok we should start the blame from PMB cos he was once the head of state

Its the duty of each govt to access the previous one and identify if it has any blame

Are you saying Buhari has a military handed over to Gej ?

Your statement clearly shows why Gej should be blamed
if for 6 years earnings higher revenue he could not clean up Ogoni now you want Buhari to finish it un 2 years with less income

It's sorta like herpes, it's gonna be hard not to keep cursing the Ex that gave it to you cos you keep confronting the problem every single day.
So until you get it cured (if possible) youre going to keep raining curses of that Ex.
That's APC predicament with PDP especially GEJ. Every where they go, every wrought in the system is a factor of the actions and inactions of the past government.

But we agree the last party goofed and was a total disaster, APC should rather focus on solutions and establishing their party as in fact the better option, no excuses.

The All Progressive Congress, APC, Rivers State Chapter has stated that the era of the former president of the country, Goodluck Jonathan, was a total waste.

The admission was contained in a statement issued on Tuesday by the state’s APC in which it listed the various reasons why “Jonathan’s Presidency was similarly a total disaster for Rivers State and her people.”

The statement credited to the Bayelsa state governor, Seriake Dickson and signed by the State Chairman of the party, Chief (Dr.) Davies Ibiamu Ikanya reads in part: “Rivers APC aligned itself also with the historical statement credited to Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa – the home State of former President Jonathan – that his six years in Aso Rock was a waste for the Ijaw Nation.

“The party declared that Jonathan’s Presidency was similarly a total disaster for the Rivers State and her people for the following reasons: Jonathan failed to muster the courage and political will in a PDP-controlled National Assembly to see to the passage of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) in the over six years of his administration to demonstrate his hatred for the Niger Delta region, knowing that communities in Rivers State will benefit from the bill.

“The East/West Road, especially Eleme-Onne axis in Rivers State, was abandoned and became a nightmare to travellers. He refused to refund to the State Government over 110 billion naira used in the dualisation of Ikwerre-Owerri Road approved by late President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua and other Federal Roads in the State executed by the State to ease the sufferings of the people of Rivers State.
APC lists reasons Goodluck Jonathan’s presidency was “a total disaster”

“He wickedly stopped the Train 7 at NLNG Bonny, resulting in the loss of jobs to Rivers people and revenue to the State Government.

“Refused to implement the UNEP Report on the clean-up of Ogoni land despite all the pleas by our people and the International Community – just to punish the Ogonis and “Rivers State irrespective of their overwhelming support for him during the 2011 elections. Jonathan duly acknowledged that he has no project to point as was executed by his administration for the six years he was Abuja as President.

“Most wickedly, he ceded oil wells belonging to Rivers to Bayelsa and Abia states to ensure that the revenue accruing to the State is reduced to nothing.

“Abandoned construction of the Port Harcourt International Airport after completing other airports started at the same time with it.

“The airport was described as the worst sixth Airports in the world during Jonathan’s administration.

“Posting and encouraging the excesses of the tyrannical Police Commissioner Joseph Mbu during his inglorious days in the State.

“Supporting every imaginable act of impunity in the State, including the plot by five State Assembly members to impeach the Speaker in a House of 31 members.

“Seizing and grounding the planes of the State for no just cause.

“Harassing and intimidating the duly elected Governor of Rivers State then for no just cause and even supporting the splitting of the Governors’ Forum into two just to ensure that former Governor Amaechi, who was duly elected by his colleagues, did not have an easy reign as the Chairman of the Forum.

“Though what Rivers State suffered in the hands of Jonathan is so enormous we hand over his case and that of Wike to God to handle.”

APC get your acts together, these are not news to us, we already know even if you're not telling us the truth, but we are sick and tired of all this nonsense you guys come up with every now and then.

Your propaganda will not work again, get your acts together and start working, since you guys took over why not correct the wrongs of the last Administration, instead you go around holding press conferences and still you're not doing anything, ok complete the east west road since GEJ didn't complete it, you will not, you prefer holding a press conference, complete the airport since your person is in power, you will not rather you will choose to hold a press conference.

We are tired of you guys and can't wait for 2019 to send you guys back to your ACN, ANPP, CPC and Rochas APGA.

You are calling for a ban. You implied that Nairaland should not be taken seriously. That we whipp the APC's a*s here doesn't mean you should now discredit the people on Nairaland and subsequently Nairaland itself.

Oh one more thing, The Presidency account is becoming more active on Nairaland. Hope you didn't advise them to send dullards based on that stupid poll because they will be eaten......raw.

Another lie.Bloody liar.

The EAST-WEST road contract was awarded 4 times under Obasanjo Govt..And nothing was done.GEJ completed the road from Warri To Mbiama Benin to Ijebu Ode and Rumuji to Eleme Junction.

GEJ didn't stop employment in NLNG..He simply told them to enact a cabbortage act in the maritime sector, so that all ships running in and around the country will employ 70% of Nigerian Seafarers just as GEJ did in the aviation sector

NLNG didn't agree to it, saying that they cant hand over their vessels to Nigerians..

The act is still pending in the senate until today.

Simple questions for you

Do you know what an LNG train is?

Was Port Harcourt airport remodelling completed during his time considering other airports whose rehabilitation started at the same time where completed?

Answer at vour own peril.

This sums it all, this illustration answers the questions of those who keep asking why APC wouldn't stop talking about the last administration.

Worst of it all is when the same members of the last admin and their numerous weeping and wailing supporters still have the guts to have the loudest voices blaming the current guys for not automatically/miraculously solving the myriad of problems they created/couldn't solve in 5 years. A typical example was portrayed in a recent thread on this site where a multitude of these guys kept blasting the current admin for being unable to clear benefit arrears of FG civil servants owed between 2012 and 2015.

Only a bad and failed workman blames his tool,
what have they acheived, an avoidable recession, the worst inflation in 29 years, dead christains and Shites,

aiding and enriching boko haram, a failed and sick president who only spent one month in Nigeria this year, hungry and PTSD soldiers,
10mw of electricity, dollar to naira ratio at 400- 1 USD,
Fuel at 145 naira

closing down of factories, losing our economic prowess to smaller african nations,
media corruption trials, the cult of personality and utter disregard of institututions, what good news have we heard from APC?
is it the Monday Media trials EFCC used to bother us with initially, failed Government in every aspect.I wish them the death they have brought upon us,God Punish APC

Hahaha which military? Do we release press statements every week blaming the military? It's one thing to make reference to something and it's another to dwell on it.

Trying to shift the people anger to GEJ or PDP will not work. We are coming for APC and APC is going down. In fact they are already down, na just to match their head enter ground remain.

Yeah, you guys are funny very quick to throw blames around. You claim GEJ did nothing but loot (we all know its a load of crap)

GEJ was president for 6 years and looted the country dry and did absolutely nothing, why didn't we go into recession then?

What has happened now? Y'all were hoodwinked into voting for buhari and his cronies only for them throw a once stable economy into recession for the second time.

Answer this honestly, was your life not better off in GEJ's era?

Don't mind them. This administration is gradually cementing it's rightful place in the history books as the worst ever that most Nigerians have witnessed.
