My friend is getting married in 2 months and he's killing himself on what to get his wife as a wedding gift. Traditionally being the best man, I'm saddled with the burden of seeing to it that everything goes better than planned.

My question is this: Considering that he's on a budget of around N2m for the wedding (not inclusive of the engagement ring - $1200), is there a need for another wedding gift.

My friend says I don't want him to enjoy his wedding night. So I'm throwing it open to the house. Are wedding gifts for her a must (I'm not married and would definitely want to enjoy my own wedding night ) so make I learn fast fast. Any ideas as per the gift would also be appreciated
