Nigeria being a signatory to the UN is ineffective cos Nigeria can decide to walk out at anytime . The UN really does not have any power to do anything and no, the UN will not come and conduct an referendum in Nigeria as it will set up precedence for it to be done to other member states.

1) There has never been an election in the Biafra land, all these people you see there are all handpicked and impossed. This was the exact same reason APGA was formed but it quickly got hijacked, so die that reason, we have tried it it did not work.
