When you become fortunate enough to transact with dollar, you will appreciate that every Naira counts.

They are still recolleting the money back through the monthly stamp duty and ATM maintenance fee....clueless CBN, until they bring the exchange rates at the figure they met them, there is nothing to celebrate.

but why are some banks that allow naira cards for dollar transactions still charging from 375 and above.? some even over 400naira with their useless $100 limit?
The essence of the current high rate being charged by banks is to discourage reckless use of cards for foreign transactions till everything stabilizes as before. GTB was charging 320/$ just last month. Only those who desperately need the fx will go ahead to use their cards with the current high rates.

Is the dollar actually crashing, or is the Naira climbing? How are other currencies comparing to the Naira?

I laff in Ibibio, what you are experiencing now is what we can "quantitative easing"

Temp relief

You flood the market with dollars from external reserve to make it look like the supply of sm $$$exceeds the demand for it. Of course the dollar will fall, but what happens next? When real production of goods and services are not bringing in a positive ROI, and higher GDP? Dollar will be on rocket engine and dust off the naira badly

So to the economically illiterate, keep celebrating temporary relief or false prosperity

Why use the word crash for something that still very high and fluntuates within three hundred naira up and down....just state the rate and any OP that uses the word crash when it is not yet less than #100 to $1 is an enemy to the Nigerian Citizenry .
#$crash.
