I have been on this forum long enough and this is my little way of giving back.
A family of mine has suffered from diabetes type II for over 7years and has gone through a whole lot of ordeals.

Lately, his blood sugar level has been between 390 and 420.

Even with the series of drugs he has been taking and restrictions to various foods (Bread, Garri, Tea, Rice, Etc).

But within 2 weeks of this new lifestyle, his 420 and finally gotten to 120 today. This is not a fiction but its happening real.
