Hello guys,am a bit confused here,just got my first job and during lunch,food is usually served with fruits,I have checked the Internet concerning fruits and meals,most blogs I read seems to contradict themselves. should fruit be eaten first or after meal or not to be eaten atall during meal?....share your knowledge about fruits and meal.

Anyway, it depends on the company you got the job.

If its a manufacturing firm, take the fruit first, then wait 15 minutes before the meal.

If its a service provider, eat both simultaneously.

If its an oil company (palm oil, ororo, palmkanel oil, olive oil, hair cream, relaxer etc) take the food first, wait 15 minutes before you take the fruit.

If its oil company (crude oil), take the fruit and let them package the food as takeaway.

A number of young graduates are unemployed, coupled with hunger in the land... You're privileged to get a job even where you're served food for break time.

I think it is best before meals... cos I've done a little experiment on this in my 500L

Some fruits when consumed immediately after a meal especially supper might lead to digestion issues but such a problem is Not observed when consumed before.

You can also take it A LITTLE WHILE after a meal (but I don't think that one will suit this your situation)

Some are meant to be eaten before(e.g orange), few during (e.g Banana), and most after(e.g water melon).

Before or after meals buh never heard of it been eating during meals.

Fruits should be taken 90mins before meal or after meal.

Meaning, fruits are taken in-between meals.
