i called their line and the operator said we should be patient and wait for them.

So sad that my first name and middle name did not tally with my BVN record( it was interchanged) what will be my fate?

I wouldnt know that....just send an email to Npower and get the right information

well.. According to them the maximum attempt is 2x...dts if u didn't do well in ur 1st attempt
