Planting Trees For Retirement Plan/children's Investment Plan by BoluwGoldenFarm(m): 9:01am On Jun 10, 2017 |
Unplanned future is a big problem for people, individual, nation etc Do you know that trees use as hard wood when process can be of high profit ? There are countries that solely depend on tress as source of income, all the do is plant ,manage, harvest, and process then sell to other countries Many people use wood for so many things 99.7% of all the wood in the market are obtain from tick forest without replacing with new ones. Most of the trees planted by late Chief Awolowo and Akintola in south west are still there and of great financial benefit but the leaders after these late leaders did not expand the wood trees investment You need cheap land to do this type of investment and we can help you get very cheap farmland in southwest of Nigeria Call 08120528950 There are trees you can plant and start making profit on it in 8 years and when you cut it it will reproduce 2 more trees..... Eg TEAK There is another tree that you have to plant and wait for 14 years minimum before you can harvest...... Eg MILENA we sold a tree two years ago for 50k (2015) Do you know that you can plant cashier trees ,harvest after 10 years People in Abuja specifically the original indigenes plant cashew trees on their land and after some years say 4 then they harvest part of the trees particularly the branches as fire wood . Note the aim is for wood harvest and not fruits so they plant in very close proximity so every year they make good money . We have vast land not use but full of bushes Do you know that you can plant just 1000 hard wood trees for each of your children in use it to plant for their future ,the tree's profit can pay for your children school fees from secondary to university and support their wedding You can also use it to plan for Church projects without stress l can help you to get land for as low as N65k per acre for minimum purchase of 50 acres But this is long time investment Most people want quick or fast returns usually with very high risk where 90% of people keep losing hard earn money You can get me on 08120528950 calls and WhatsApp, eesteeresources@gmail.com Please give us your contribution or suggestions for those who are into such investment Do you know that the largest hard wood investment is own by one popular and respected man of God in the southwest If you don't plan for your future now ,particularly using agriculture it might be too late |

Most people want quick results ,well good but in life one must have short, medium and long time projects. Most people concentrate on short term project which has more risk than long term projects. Long term agricultural investment s give more profits than short term It is also less stressful Please try and visit wood market and ask around for prices of different wood. Try also and visit saw mills to find out prices of wood and also ask them that would they buy hard wood of different types from you then find out the prices. If you are still in active paid employment please please and please call me to help you establish hard wood plantation as your plan B retirement strategy. For these trees to have good value, they must grow straight upwards with less branching. What opinion do you have as regards this? |

CASH CROPS: A GUARANTEED RETIREMENT PLAN 3: Pls, follow a plan.....* If you are in your 40's (wherever you may be working or whatever you may be doing presently) & you don't have a retirement plan, then; the real truth is, you are in for a looooonnnng thing at retirement. Retirement is a stage when one is expected to earn income from the various investments one might have done earlier in life. Retirement is real, it is sure & it will come. Sometimes it comes upon us without us preparing for it. So, *pls; follow a plan now.* What are your plans? What are your short, medium & long term plans for retirement? As I mentioned in another series, your short term must feed your medium term which in turn must feed your long term plan. If you are not following this order, chances are; you may not achieve your aim. *Pls, follow a plan.* A pension is a fund into which a sum of money is added (or invested) during an employee's employment years (farmers productive years), and from which payments are drawn (harvest is sold) to support the person's retirement from work in the form of periodic payments. (by wikipedia) Do you have any agro investment that can fit into this definition? If not, *Pls, follow a plan now.* *If you may ask, Why cash or tree crop as agro investment retirement option?* ✔If you are into animal husbandry, you need to be there almost daily to make money. ✔If you do arable farming, you must be on the farm regularly to get anything out. ✔If you are into agriculture bizness, most times; your personal touch is required to make income. But, for cash or tree crops, once the crop has cross the ICU stage, then, it is in cruise mode & you can make money almost for life. So, why not consider this option? Depending on location, there are several cash or tree crops that can serve this purpose. The fear has always been that it takes a long time for tree crops to start giving income. But, these days; the longest maturity date for any commercially viable tree crop is 3 years after planting. So, what are you waiting for? If you start today, by 2021, your tree crop will start paying you, & most likely will pay you for life. *Pls, follow a plan* that will ensure you get regular income from your agro hustles/investment If you care to follow a plan, then; call me on 08120528950 to help you out we open your eyes to opportunities inherent in cash or tree crop farming. Robert Kiyosaki says: Investment is a plan. Hence, I am bold to also say that retirement investment too, is a plan. As we know, failure to plan means planning to fail. My fellow farmers & agroprenures pls, follow a plan now, for I always belief that *#AllFarmersShouldBeRich.* Let's farm together & may God bless our hustles. Copied |

Though coconut is not a hardwood tree but it can also be planted for retirement plan or to serve as future financial support for children education. Just 200 seedlings on 3 acres will give you 1m in a year & the hybrid dwarf type takes 3.5 years to start fruiting . This is 2019 There are basically 3 types common 1) Local type that is very tall & takes 7-8 years before fruiting..N950 2) Hybrid Tall type... It takes 4 years to start fruiting...N1,100 3) Hybrid dwarf type.. It takes 3.5 years to start fruiting..N1,500 You can intercrop trees with coconut... Call or WhatsApp Gbenga on 08120528950 |
