Just be calm it might talk that much as the road carries heavy duty truck, tankers, containers etc. Also the road drainage system has to be well design and constructed as that is always the reason for the road getting bad very fast.

it shows that depending on the length of the road with shorter distance costing more, cost of rehabilitation of paved roads could be up to $1,200,000 USD / Lane Km.
The Apapa road @ 3 lanes each way, makes a total of 6 lanes. 6 lanes multiply by 2 km gives 12 km. Multiply 12 km by $1,000,000 x N360 /$ , it puts the construction cost at N4.32 Billion Naira
