I am afraid, the only way Dino can escape this, is to bomb the government house, or feign a convincing assassination attempt. Signatures are a no brainer, especially when those who forged the signatures are having hand pains right now, but it has passed a coventional fraud test, because there is no existing institutional framework that can evaluate and validate the authencity of the signatures. So, Dino needs to think a smart one. I think State of emergency can cut it, so he needs to either bomb the government house, or arrange a mass disturbance which will call for peace, or stage an assasination attempt with a real bullet in his body.

Get the constitution and go through it. The process is too cumbersome and don't forget in all the previous rulings about elections in the past, they demanded for verification of the whole ballot papers and register... so the court will definitely order for forensic check of all the signature of about 180,000 people to ascertain the true nature of things. INEC got a big job too there cos they won't just accept six bags of signatures and believe its the true nature of things. They have to confirm each signature from their data base. That's one thing I know INEC will avoid like plague..in short, is a long process that will take long period to achieve

I understand perfectly with you... It won't stop the court from sitting either... but as a first time case in its nature, it's practically impossible to unseat him cos the case don't have basis in law and if election tribunal cases are used, then forensic audit is required which INEC is not ready to do cos it doesn't worth it

Please God. let this happen, this would be ground breaking and a wake up call to our politicians. This would restore our faith in democracy to a large extent. Nigeria will survive!

My money says that Dino will be removed. If Saraki escapes, for now, from his due punishment for insulting Baba and the entire country by hijacking the Senate Presidency, Dino will be the scape goat for providing Saraki with moral support.
