The Mofo wanna use the court process as delay tactic to stall the process of recalling!

Dino needs not litigating against the INEC for now since the signatures will be verified and compared with the database with the INEC. If he discovers that there is an hanky panky in the verification exercise by INEC, that is when he can go on to court.

INEC hasn't done the verification of the signatures to authenticate the donors, and see if they meet up with the required number to recall.

When dead persons were voting, did he complain?

Thought the mofo was forming "nothing they happen" before. He's now trying to truncate the process through the court. He better ensure that the verification stage is truncated by all means. If the petitioners succeeds in getting INEC to verify the signature successfully, he's finished. Nothing else will matter again.

INEC will verify signature or compare serial numbers with names / records on INEC database , so why is he afraid ?? Is he running to court to stop INEC from verifying or the Village people have finally arrived in his life in which case no verification needed , just recall

How do you know dead persons sign?
Has inec invited you to verify the signatures?
Are you claiming that you sabotage inec by planting a mole for information?
Do you know you can not use an unofficial report to sue inec?
Only official results from inec holds water.
Dino wants to use corrupt justice system.... but on this case he is only clever by half

Anyway, INEC doesn't need 100% verification, just 51% is OK to proceed to the next stage. So let's assume that amongst those that signed for your recall, 20% came from the grave, no qualms, the others that are alive may still make up the 51% needed to proceed to the next stage.
