Has anyone told him RESTRUCTURING means proper separation of power which does not include the Executive assuming legislative power, preparing and at the same time passing its own budget?

Has anyone told him RESTRUCTURING does not include invading a court, malhandling and derobing a sitting judge?

Has anyone told him RESTRUCTURING does not include disparaging the character of the president and wishing him dead?

He needs to be told to first restructure his attitude before making a noise about RESTRUCTURING?
