Sin against the holy spirit

The greatest sin is a sin against God. So if you don't love God, you sin against him and if you don't love your fellow human beings, you sin against God thus you disobey His rule that says you should love your fellow human beings. Ultimately, any sin you commit without asking for forgiveness from God is the most greatest sin.

we have venial sin which is a lesser sin that does not result in a complete separation from God and eternal damnation in Hell as an unrepented mortal

A child of God who is born of God cannot sin,justification and condemnation make both sin and righteousness ungradable,if you don't believe in Jesus,you cannot commit a worse sin and if you believe in Him,you cannot be purer. However if by sin,you mean the acts of sin,then there is chastisement for offences(sin) from God,mostly according to the gravity(though even in this,He is merciful) and also different rewards for righteous acts.

I may be a little off topic in a sense but blaspheme of the Holy Spirit would be the sin that would destroy one's relationship with Christ.
It's called the unpardonable sin....and it's the one you don't want to commit.
To blaspheme the Holy Spirit would be to silence Him to the point of no longer hearing Him.
The Holy Spirit was given to us by Christ after His ascension (John 14:16) to comfort in disapointments, strengthen through trials, rebuke sin, encourage us to continue on this journey, warn us of potential danger, and transform our hearts by guiding us into all knowledge and wisdom through the Word of God.
If we choose to continue to reject the working of the Holy Spirit in our lives which He MUST be able to do, then there comes a point where we will have silenced Him (and the work He needs to do in us)..and therefore have said that that we do not want Christ & eternity.

the thing is, it's just the Holy Spirit who can work in their heart and transform them to believers. without the help of the Holy Spirit when preaching to them, they cannot heed to the salvation Christ can and woould offer them.

even if they'd heed, they have their choice to salvation or condemnation. eternity in heaven or hell.

Sin against the Holy Spirit, is unforgivable... That is calling the works of GOD, through his servant, whom you really knew is of GOD, the works of satan, out of jealousy... And fornication, sin against your own body... is forgivable, but I don't think it can be completely cleansed, because of this verse:
These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.
