Please if Biafra eventually exist Nigeria through referendum -i mean peacefully

Who will pay their monies dey borrowed from banks
I mean what will happen to their liabilities .

Didn't the bank secure collateral n guarantors b4 granting them loans......
I'm sure if they default or abscond to the new nation, the banks will simply take over the defaulter's property....
I guess that's why most igbo elites are not too enthusiastic about the biafra project....
For those who collected salary loan or via cooperative...
I think those will be used a collective bargaining tool during secession negotiations.......

there are non colletarized loans and some loans using shares as collateral .
