If you must charge use the settings in the middle on your epever, You can see charge limit Voltage 12.6V
Cheers

How much is per pack the one of 3s12p

Thanks for your response sir. Mine doesn't have user setting, looks like I can only do that with an MT50 Epever Remote... I got ripped off when I bought the CC but one of the aggressive marketer on the platform grin but I know better now. I have followed the instructions in my cc manual. I can't modify the cut off voltage. The only option I have are for sealed lead acid, Gel and flooded. Going by the attached image below.... I think flooded setting should be the right option by I can't check if it will cut off until I connect it and watch it for a round of charging

3s12p is 25k per pack

You can create user defined settings but can only do it with the mt50 or computer via USB cable.

Whatever you do, please DO NOT USE the FLOODED setting for your Lithium batteries - if they take a maximum 12.6v charge voltage as you say, you will certainly fry them with the Flooded settiings

Noted with thanks. I have been rightly informed that I will need to make use of Mt50 or connect via USB to make that setting. Thanks once again for pointing it out once again!

GOODBYE LITHUIM BATTERY!!!
https://news.utexas.edu/2017/02/28/goodenough-introduces-new-battery-technology/

At the age of 57, John B. Goodenough invented the lithium battery which powers all our smart phones, tablets and laptops - as well as electric cars.

37 years later at the age of 94, John has unveiled a new, ultra-efficient, low cost battery which uses a sodium or lithium coated glass electrolyte. It will dwarf his original invention and make it redundant.

The new glass battery will allow electric cars to go three times the distance, and recharge in minutes instead of hours. It's also far safer as it won't explode and can operate in sub-zero temperatures.

The new glass battery will power our future solar powered and electric vehicles, homes and industries.

But John isn't finished yet. He still works every day as a Professor at the University of Texas.

John believes humanity has a 30 year window to come up with an even more powerful "super battery" to take us entirely off fossil fuels, before the environmental damage we are creating becomes irreversible, and says, "I want to solve this problem before my chips are in ..... I still have time to go."

So if you ever think it's too late to be successful, just remember John B. Goodenough.

Just placed an order for BMS with battery balancing feature and Mt50 to program user setting to 12.6 max charging voltage on my epever but in the mean time I am rocking my 108ah 18650 lithium battery pack, I blew the first pack I made by not religiously monitoring the battery while charging without a BMS.... Now i know better.... Rocking the new set already and the runtime is amazing! Better late than never!

Evening Guys, I need urgent reply on this;
Fangpusun wants to give me a replacement CC(bluesolar), they requested to send it through DHL. The but there is that, I've had a nasty experience with UPS on epsolar sometimes back ( I had to pay extra 16k for a CC of around 40k, about 2yrs back. since then I only use china registered mail, I collect in post office no issues). So, is there anybody that has collected CC via DHL? Thank you.

Charge controller and inverters. United Parcel Service Nigeria (UPS) engages in robbery. Avoid them at all cost. DHL is a legitimate business. If the value is too low no fees.

Thank you so much chris81964, that UPS issue was a real robbery! Thank God the client had experience such with them before.

UPS is a criminal organization, they will rob you with fraudulent duties by lumping packages together and then use estimated charges. I personally recommend FEDEX, they collect the import duty from the seller rather than the buyer!

No BMS for now! I know it is a recipe for disaster if the charging is not monitored but I don't intend to be careless. Regards!

My friend has never used a battery balancer or desuphator but his battery life is just great. Surprisingly, he's using a chinko battery grin

He is likely to have a good load to batttery ratio. A lot of people don't pay enough attention to that plus the depth of discharge thing. Pursuing alternative energy is a whole lifestyle change from our carefree way of using power. People still hug the LCD and want to run a 180watt TV on an inverter, if they are deep pocket, that may not be a problem. But for those one shoestring buget, I always advice they put a budget for energy efficient device into their plans. Imagine this 9inch TV that consumes just 9watt at full brightness as your beside TV or a 49inch LED that consumes just about 15watt on energy saving mode. The only energy saving bulb many know are the 15watt to 25watt whereas there are good 7watt bulbs with reasonable lumen.

Re: Solar Energy, A Complement To FTA by DMerciful(m): 6:25am On Dec 12, 2018
While I fully agree with your assertion, 42 inch led TV is about 40w and not 15w. There are led bulbs of 3-5w with very good luminosity.

Bros if you carry out due diligence but testing appropriately.....the probability of getting value for money is high. Sometimes the only option just a fairly used battery as funny as that may sound!

I made a good108Ah 12v pack from 18650 lithium ion batteries and the runtime was very impressive. But I have problem charging them with a regular deep cycle battery and the maximum voltage it can take 12.6 while an average charger will go to as high as 14v. I have already blown my batteries and planning to make another. I didn't use any BMS and I was able to charge to 12.4 before I forgot to monitor the voltage and it exceeded the 12.6 and the pack blew up. Pls can I get a 12v charger that I can set to cut off at 12.6 or how do I get a bms?

yes you can get a pwm that the cut off can be set to that value. i saw a video of it on YouTube sometime ago. We have chatted on whatsapp, if you can remember me. holla me there i'll send u the link to the video. i used that video to order for my cc on ali.

cheers bro

Bros you can still make use of solar panels in a PH cos they use it even in Antarctica.. but you will only need to get more panels than someone in Lagos and the good catch now is that solar panels price are getting cheaper by the day!

Photovoltaic panels can use direct or indirect sunlight to generate power, though they are most effective in direct sunlight. Solar panels will still work even when the light is reflected or partially blocked by clouds. Rain actually helps to keep your panels operating efficiently by washing away any dust or dirt and keeping the temperature between optimum range of effectiveness!
