pls fellow buz guys i ve a vacant 4 bedroom duplex and don't want to let it out cos i ll need it for the expansion of my biz in about a year . What kind of biz can i use if for that ll not require  too much  capital ? or how can i generate money from it?

You've got to be wise about this, cos what you're having at hand is enough to get you going.

The laundry business is a good business opportunity. It is what I do offline.

My advice: Don't go into a business you have know core competence. You will only waste your capital. Expand your already established business or spend quality time to learn the pros and cons of any new business you intend starting.
