Jonathan didn't just reduce their allocation,


Aregbe lived beyond Pain state's means and borrowed a lot of money, So, the deficit was used in paying off the loans he took and is still paying till now

Aregbesola paid WAEC is not a big deal? You made that sound like it's their birthright how many other state governors do that? Bayelsa gets most allocation in tunes of tens of billions, has lesser population and I doubt if that's being done


Jonathan has reduced allocation since 2014 or there abouts while looting the treasury with family and friends through every dubious means possible and the effect spilled over till 2 years after Buhari, I know people like you choose to forget that at least 28 states were unable to pay their salaries partly because of the looting and partly due to fall in prices of crude
