The Afonjas have now joined Arewa youths ( Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen) and have rolled out their own terrorist organization.

Just like Arewa whose Boko Haram is fighting to establish an Islamic State all over Nigeria and with the Fulani using jihad as a means to grab land for grazing, the Afonjas have now formed their own terrorist organization to achieve what they know best - human ritual sacrifice.

As evil and cold blooded the fulani herdsmen and Boko Haram terrorists are at least we know that their quest is rooted in their bloody history of conquering and expanding the Caliphate. So it was no surprise to someone like me who has done an exhaustive research on radical Islam and Jihadist war in the north to see the resurgence of violent Islamic militias rise again from the north.

But what does badoo represent? Some will dismiss them as a bunch of street thugs and urchins but we have been made to understands that their senseless random killing spree in Ikorodu is rooted in ritual sacrifice to which they are have been employed to do by some very powerful individuals in the society. The governor of Lagos attested to this and the general conclusion is that badoo members kill their victims with a grinding stone and from there swab the blood of their victims with a special white handkerchief which they sell for 500,000 naira.

Badoo, as we can see just like Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen represent the very ills, vice and religious superstition of the domain they sprang up from.

The FG should as a matter of urgency set up a special task force to clampdown on this ritual terrorist organization and their sponsors as both the good people of Ikorodu and the Lagos state governor seem hapless on how to tackle this new evil group.

The situation should be nipped before badoo ritual terrorists spread like wild fire and engulf the entire SW.

This is how Boko Haram spread by using Islamic doctrine to recruit members. In the case of badoo, the general fetish nature of an average afonja coupled with their criminal disposition may see this group morph into a larger scale like Boko Haram.
