I'm soooooo mad right now subhan'allah I can't even control my anger at this point. I can't take it when you try your best and be nice to surten someone and when that person notice you are getting pissed , even trys to annoy the shit out of you even more. Ughhhhhh whyyyyyyy? Why are some ppl like this why can't they be nice & sweet instead of giving me even more a hard time . I always try to calm someone down when I see they are really angry at me. Wallah I'm so freaking angry that I had to cry cause of anger. I really don't care anymore from now on I'm gonna be freaking selfish :@

First of all, , Ok,here's mine. >>> Anytime u're try to leave the scene. Staying there will only make u angrier. Removing yourself from the environment means denying the person any further privilege to capitalize on ur vulnerability and make u madder. Go to a quiet place and stay. Quietude has a way of calming the nerves.
Some people get over their anger by talking out the pain, not to anyone-just on their own. And after a while they find themselves SO less embittered, such that when next u see them u can hardly believe they wer de same ones ready to pull a tooth
Just don't give anyone de satisfaction of controlling ur emotions. Remember- anyone u give de power to control ur emotions SO, has an upper hand over u
