Yes, you can apply for another MSc with your MSc certificate from Nigeria.
Most schools require a minimum of 3.0 GPA. But you can check the website of the prospective schools you wish to apply to.

I do not have a NECO certificate to use for the Visa interview , my school had issues with certificates from my set.
How do I go about this, for the visa interview ?
I have statement of result from the school though.

Your bsc gpa is safe for admission. The minimum gpa on a German grading scale for admission is 2.5, and yours should be within the range of 2.2 - 2.3 which is good.

For your admission process, check for schools that have your intend program, send a mail to their international office desk or to the department directly, I am sure they will reply you and give you the necessary steps to follow.

I see no reason y d VO should ask Dat. Instead d question should be wen are U funding? because U submitted confirmation of BA opening.

When using BA as a means b4 U get Ur SL, U act in line wit all principles of BA n answer all questions as if U are using BA n don't 4get to state U av sum1 (friends or relatives) in DE if asked.

Just imagine U are asked wen will U fund? U now decide to tell d VO am not funding I plan on using SL hmmmmmm I can't tell Wat next. But I will advise U act in line wit using BA until U turn in Ur SL. N avoid telling VO a specific date of funding wen U know anything can happen (delay etc).

Do visit your school and let them know how important the result is to you. It is your RIGHT. They should be able to give or tell you what to do.

You need to get the result before the visa interview to avoid stories that touch.

FAU only accept notarized documents and not just a text stamp from high court. Visit a notary public and get it done before the closing date.

Before that, send a mail to FAU that you will be sending your notarized documents before the closing date, I am quite sure they will grant you a listening ear to your request.

Please when you go to court tell them you want to do notary public. Emphasis on the NOTARY. You will get a red seal. It won’t be rejected

I haven't gone, but all my classmates that have gone recently are saying the school still hasn't gotten the certificates, I think for logistic reasons.

I applied with high court stamp and not notary and it was accepted showing valid till them nak me rejection that school like so there life be a friend applied them reject the document cos of certification his name is Lalaski on this forum he rushed and did notary even use dhl send am na still story for the gods so make una pray well am not discouraging any body but am telling you my experience its not about seal once your document is well certified its accepted by them no waste money once them tell you say its not well certified just forget them and move on to other school my one kobo
