LouisVanGaal:House/Senate have their own rules... This I'm aware. The amendment is to shield them from prosecution and arrest on things said during plenary. |

Christaks: "......and for related matters", is what it ended with. I still don't like the bill. Related matters can mean anything e.g while on the floor of the senate if I confess that I looted then I can't be prosecuted. |
