Ebonyi state governor, Mazi Dave Umahi who was among the delegates from the People Democratic Party, PDP camp that paid a visit to president Muhammadu Buhari in London, yesterday, Wednesday alongside six other governors, has revealed the state of being of the President.

According to Umahi, it is not certain when President Buhari will be back to the country, drawing attention to the health issues the President is battling with.

Umhai said that Buhari is not treating ‘mere malaria’ and therefore, cannot tell them when he (Buhari) will come back.

This was made known to newsmen via a telephone conversation between Punch correspondent and Gov. Umahi.

According to Umahi as quoted by Punch, “We met a cheerful President whose level of recovery is a miracle. We know he will soon return home as soon as his doctors certify him to do so. What he’s treating is not mere malaria that we can say he will return today or tomorrow.

Speaking further he said “we are happy and we thank God for what we saw. It is contrary to the pictures people are painting on the social media. The President we saw is recuperating well and we are happy for that.

“It is even better that, we as members of the opposition party, are among the entourage. Nigerians should continue to pray for the President” he finally said.

Why will a integrity man allow young and old to tour with his health issues because he refuse to tell his citizens that voted him the true state of his health.
