You are the only one reasoning with ur asssss. All he need do is to collaborate with other states farming rice.
A good example is the production of "Lake Rice, (Lagos-Kebbi) partnership.
Acquisition of this mega machine might be to further bring down the price of the rice.

Yes, floods are natural but how you respond to them can lessen the effects of future floods. For example, in Lagos State and Rivers State the governments have given statements and Lagos is clearing the blocked drainage systems. Reponse is key.
