How is it a waste of money?
A lot of money is spent for little megawatts. Look at all the developed countries ( especially the US that's fronting clean energy) what's their source of power generation COAL. The truth is solar energy will never generate good amount of megawatts needed in a country you only end spending a lot for little. It is best used individually. (Bro go market make you ask the amount of one solar panel, one battery and for 1kw inverter) then imaging setting up 2,000 of it just to generate 100megawatt. What's 100mw when countries are talking of gigawatts with the use of coal or nuclear

Gas runs out. We cannot keep on depending on oil. The sun is always there. Also, the gas industry employs few people while installation and maintenance of solar panels can be a major job creator.
That's the least of our worries countries with no gas have gas power station.you don't seem to have a clue how solar power stations work right ?

Also bro this is what am you tying explain... A standard panel cost about 18k now imagine how much of these for just 19.9wm. Not to talk of the batteries which is expected to be more than the panels.
