Nnamdi Kanu Is Doing The Right Thing, But In The Wrong Way: Eze Enugwu-Ukwu

The traditional ruler of Enugwu-Ukwu, Igwe Sir Ralph Obumnaeme Ekpeh has appealed to the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu to consider changing his method of agitating for Biafran sovereignty.

Igwe Ekpeh was speaking while responding to remarks by traditional rulers from Umuahia North in Abia state who had visited him at his palace on the occasion of the 2017 'Ikpo Ji' ndi Enugwu-Ukwu.

Said the Igwe " We support Nnamdi Kanu in the sense that Ndi Igbo are marginalized and there is a need for restructuring in Nigeria to address the various issues arising out of decades long oppression of Ndigbo and other minorities, but we are not in support of his aggressive methods. He has severally insulted people from other tribes thus foreclosing any chances of sympathy, support and alignment. Such an approach is divisive and unhelpful. In this struggle, Ndigbo can not go it alone. We need friends and allies across the various ethnic divides".

In Igbo land, everyone is a king in his family.
This is truly a war between the elites and the masses. The elites wants the status quo to continue because it favours them. Their children are schooling abroad enjoying quality education, constant power supply and good health care system. They stole from us to squander abroad. With the present system they will continue to enjoy at the expense of the masses. So changing the status quo is like taking their mouth off the breast.
The masses on the other hand are the deprived, the marginalized, the poor and the needy. Those who have been robbed of our common wealth by the powerful few. They strive to pay their school fees but receive half baked education garnished with strike at the end. They die carelessly because of our poor health care system. No social amenities to enjoy even when they are willing to pay.
Nnamdi KANU represents the masses. He is their voice and also represent their aspirations.
This is a fight of numbers. So no matter what they say, power belongs to people. At the end Biafra will come.

If the dumbass knows the right format to achieve Biafra all this while, why didn't he initiate the movement for the actualization of Republic of Igbo land or Biafra? The truth is that Nnamdi kanu is on the right track.
With all their calmness and diplomacy Biafra never got this attention. If being aggressive is what it takes to achieve it, so be it.

Nigeria as a country doesn't like things done gently, give it to them hot and aggressive and you will get your desired result.

Nnamdi kanu will not listen to his elders. The Igbos are known for being arrogant when they get money or fame.
