There are 2 things that must be corrected in that Office:
1. Idleness of staff like the Poster. If you are so bussy, you might not actually notice such. It is either your Boss Sleeps always or She is too bussy to notice her careless sitting posture.
2. You Boss Lack Sitting manner.

What I will suggest here is that if your Boss is not the Overall Boss, get a suggestion on why desk of Males should not be placed directly opposite female desk in your office. Or suggest to your organisation why the need to consider a closed furniture type. Drop in your Office suggestion Box, you may make it anonimous letter.

However, if you see the show as additional benefit to your job, then you may not get a way out of it. I will say have a wonderful view. I hope this is not your motivation to getting to office early?
