Or if One or two LGA in Anambra or Ebonyi vote against Biafra, will those LGAs that vote against Biafra be carved out from Biafra?

When we say "Percent" we are really saying " per 100". One percent (1%) means 1 per 100. 1 in 100...
So 90 in 100.of igbos own lagos. Simple. Afọnja come see what your stupid broda is here disgracing himself..
