Make she go rest. Even if apologised properly, it would still be twisted to mean he has accepted the allegation levelled against him as in the context of his speech. Thats is why he only chose to correct the general perspective view of  his speech and clarify it. Remember he is a lawyer, whether charge and bail or road side,  I bet you with clarification he made on his speech, even if she charge him to court she will never win. So let her just take that as an apology and move on. The man knows his mistake, and Nigerians know  Madam Dora of NAFDAC. Well it is a lesson for him, next time he will only talk from one compass side of his mouth. Maybe he should only be talking from South Pole in future

Madam Dora should deal with him so that Aondoakaa will learn to humble himself next time instead of tunring our constitution upside down. Why is he on the run? he thought he is bigger than 150m Nigerians. angry angry

Mai Suya:

He has already given a 'simple proper apology'. Moreover, this is issue is quite different from looting or maiming or killing; it simply borders on libel. A simple retraction of the inflammatory statement and an apology should suffice - which, I am aware, AGF has done. All we are saying is that we're sick of this soap opera; there are far more important things they should be doing

Libel you said? Mr Aondoakaa made a libelous statement against Dora, that is Dora's argument, and only Dora or the court can determine what a proper apology is, but to me, Aondoakaa has more to apologize for, he lied to us as Nigerians, he swore to defend the law of my Country but he's done nothing but manipulate that same law.(this is not the place to go over his shameless role in the Ibori saga) he refused to stand with the Nigerian people and ensure a smooth transfer of power, thereby creating a constitutional crisis and risking the total breakdown of law and order.

Mai Suya, this "Soap opera" will not end in Nigeria until we all start demanding accountability from our leaders and start holding them responsible for their comments, rhetoric and actions, that will deter them from acting with impunity. BTW, state sanctioned looting, maiming and killing is a natural progression from the kind of irresponsible leadership we condone with our nauseating calls for forgiveness.

Let her use him as a scape goat. he's got to formally and properly apologize or face a legal action. While the lesson is going on let others learn

Ever read or heard the story of the tortoise and her in-law before? Fold your arms and watch whether this would turn out to be a semblance. Whoever is down, they say, fears no fall. I encourage Andoaka to keep his cool now. That is the hallmark of what a real man is and should be!
Re: Dora Rejects Aondoakaa's Apology by Nobody: 2:55pm On Feb 19, 2010
Kilode?!:

Why all these pleadings for forgiveness? or are we talking about another Aondoakaa? when are we going to learn to hold people accountable and embrace the idea of responsibility? hen?
This same man just a few days ago was bold enough to make claims he can't defend, he rubbished the character of a fellow Nigerian and lied to the public he swore to serve.

Now, we can't even demand a simple, proper apology from him? there is something wrong with this our collective National/societal mentality, [s]we forgave Gowon, we "Thruth and reconciliated" IBB(even when he told us to go to hell), forgave Abacha and his family. forgave Abubakar, forgave Obasanjo. I bet we will forgive the next fool to loot, maim and kill Nigerians enmasse[/s]. there is something wrong with the Nigerian worldview, we are our own worst enemies. Nonsense!

Classic!

Dora has said worst thing about Nollywood she said they are giving Nigeria bad image, they demanded for apology but she refuses to give them.
She is too lousy let her go and sit down,if she cannot deal with the fact that she is a public figure and that people can say different things let her leave the office.
Am sure if someone like her becomes president, nobody must say anything and if you say she'll order that you should be beheaded.
Madam notice me

She would not have succeeded in getting a defamation judgment against the former AG, anyway. So it was just as well she dropped the threat of suing for defamation.
