The video was reported to Youtube yesterday for violating their terms of service because it contains hate speech and it incites violence. It has now been taken down for containing "harmful and dangerous content" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps0VYgh61-g Whenever you see an offensive content online, the right thing to do is to report such content.
