There are businesses that thrive at nite which with d constant harassment & arrest of ds nite crawlers how will ds businesses prosper.the most harassed are those that take okada. I know place like las vegas generate most of her revenue from 9t businesses, hotels and casino.

On what grounds are you guys being arrested on? If you're just moving at night on Okada, then try not to carry anything that may draw attention to yourself.
Whenever i drive at night, i make sure i've got all my documents and vehicle papers intact and i handle the Police in a calm, polite and firm manner so they realize that i'm not one to be pushed around like that.
