Perhaps, you don't understand how sampling works in statistics. You don't have to test 5 million Anambra citizens to get the statistical probability of something. You can get a sufficiently wide, but manageable sample size to study and your results will be accurate within a very small margin of error. Not to mention DNA tests are expensive.
