Lagos State To Impound Right Handed Vehicles by Nobody: 6:26pm On Feb 15, 2010
Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation Professor Bamidele Badejo has warned that all right handed vehicles in the state would be impounded after six months.

Prof. Badejo gave the warn at weekend while briefing newsmen on the forthcoming 1st Lagos Traffic Management Conference scheduled for next month.

The commissioner said it was regrettable that  there was little, the state could do to remove the vehicles from Lagos roads, but warned that such would be impounded if after  six months, the owner failed to convert it to what was obtained on the nation’s roads. He said the state government would direct the Vehicle Inspection Officers (VIO) to impound any right handed vehicle seen on Lagos roads.

The people that sells LHD rides will sell more
