removing an item in the exclusive list and placing it in the residual or concurent list is still the same as restructuring so we are gradualy starting to have a consensus which is nice to see?

The only way to achieve the devolution that the sultan so craves of course is by tinkering with the provisions
of the status book to remove some of the items that are the exclusive preserve of FG to ensure they are evenly spread.

From there, we move on to financial autonomy for state legislators to reduce the overbearing influence of state govs.

Nigerians have no fear. This country will be restructured whether the Sultan and his fellow elites like it or not.

It's either our politicians sit up and restructure this nation or World bank will do it for us in the near future.

Yes,It's inevitable.

This is where you miss the great Nigeria hero Chukwuma Nzeogwu.....if he was alive the Arewa sultan will not lay claim to Nigeria in that manner, Ahmadu Bello will tell you his brief encounter with the bravest soldier Nigeria ever produced. Yorubas with their education-miss-road paved the way for North to dominated because they were unnecessarily competing with Igbos even tho they had more in-common, Akintola was crying in the 60s that Igbos were dominating western universities what a shame! Zik was too timid to be a man and support his own people, Awolowo thought Northern leaders will scratch his back after he scratched their backs when that failed he cowardly killed himself out of fear, Abiola and Kudirat were murdered in cold blood and Yorubas did 30 days prayer and fasting. Today OBJ is saying Jesus will soon come and he wants to go to heaven......Our founding fathers were bunch of idiots who lacked foresight and bravery.

Nigeria is a very fraudulent country.

Even the Sultan of Sokoto The Supreme Leader of the North (with all due respect to him) talking trash and arrant rubbish like a common criminal. What a shame.

The Sad truth is Nnamdi Kanu was right all along.... These Northerners have no conscience, no morals for Justice, equity or fairness.

Are they waiting for all of us to pick arms.?

Don't mind them. The rest of us from the South and Middlebelt should keep demanding for restructuring until it is done.

So when all state governments get involved in farming, then Nigeria's federal political and economic imbalance and rascality by the Northern hegemonists over all will be solved, abi?

The chief parasite has spoken. His opinion though, that still does not diminish the genuine need for restructuring of the country.

This idiot don't know that less than 10 years from now there will be no oil money to share even to his useless kingdom. If he is a wise man he would have know the latest condition of Nigeria and it future. If Sokoto economy become 3rd in Nigeria will heaven fall? Why won't aboki get sense. Nigeria need automatic change and a visionary leader.

Ojukwu has foreseen all these but people failed to understand him. Nnamdi Kanu has come to put it in L.C.M format for all to understand and it is yielding fruit. Can you imagine only a particular region determining how the country should be ran with zero contribution?
..should be run..

Those that crown all these kings self, i don't know what qualities they look out for before crowning them kings. Cos i don't see any sense in this abi he is just deceiving people, one way the rich and leaders use to deceive their followers so has not to be one day equal with them. For God's sake, restructuring already deals with all the problems of Nigeria, including economy and true federalism. While Economy Devolution only talks about matters of economy alone, and economy alone is not Nigeria problem. The poor masses must wake up, the country must be restructured and no two ways about it. If after restructuring and things still don't work out, we will still go back to restructuring, cos that is the only solution to Nigeria's problem. A country that had been structured before and falls into problem, needs restructuring, and encounters problem again, still go back to restructuring, cos restructuring no dey finish ooo.

This man Sultan or what is his name ,the spirit of Barking Zuwo lives in him. With all the problems facing the country, Niger Delta agitation ,true federalism and all, what concerns him is DAMS.
We are in deep problem ,so the sultan lacks the political intelligence to understand and appreciate the enormity of the problem facing the country . The Boko Haram issue is there but DAMS is all the answer. The man need to grow up
His grown already nd in money,he just need 2 b considerate

But sultan is agitating for the same thing as others. He's asking for what concerns him, you are asking for what concerns you. We sit down and devolve dams, refineries, oil wells and other mineral mines etc to the owners. He's even demanding for the highest of all; fiscal federalism.
Honestly, many people no get sense here. I stand with sultan so that I can get my oil wells. That is what is called Economic Restructuring or Fiscal Federalism

It is run..ran..run. You use the past participle as the adjective. Just like come..came ..come. You can't say..the man has came.

In like manner the FG should release all oil Wells and refineries to the concerned State governments.

Simple

Meanwhile the Ports (both airports and seaports) should be ceded to the respective State governments too....
Other people's property, why did they not build their own after collecting free money from the Federal Government. Big thieves. Why don't you advocate for the states to transfer all assets to their respective local governments?what is good for the goose is good for the gander?why carry our 13% derivative money in Delta State and go and develop Asaba and Delta North that has no substantial oil?

Why carry Eti-Osa toll gate money to Alausa, and go and share it with the whole Lagos State?

Restructuring doesn't serve their political, economic and territorial interests.

You lots should keep solidarising with the north because of Islam. Let's hope it's not too late before you realise that aboki does not care about you.
They don't even take you effeminate vassals seriously.

Some of you naive people completely misuse the word "aboki" that someone who speaks Hausa from Burkina Faso, Ghana, Niger Republic, Cameroon, Benin Republic, etc. would be really confused by your misuse of the terminology.

With that said, who are the friendliest people in Nigeria again? You argument is null.
