Hilary Isa was born into the family of Mr.Isa Bukar and late Mrs.Mary Isa on 09/05/1995.
His origin is traceable to the Marghi People of Bitiku Ngallam / Yilthlal, Gwoza L.G.A s. The young Hilary began his educational voyage at Ngarannam Primary School Maiduguri. At the insurance of his first School leaving certificate , Hilary gained admission into Government College Maiduguri, Borno state.
Later on he begins his study in Ramat Polytechnic Maiduguri at the School of Management, Studying Public administration. Currently he is studying Chinese language known as Mandarin.
