guterMann: Nigerians are not honest and always look for shortcut. He was given the opportunity and he is maximizing it. Dangote is the single largest employer of labour in the private sector. The trio of ifeanyi UBA, Dangote and Famfa all got license to build refinery. While ifeanyi UBA is busy buying expensive watches and cars and also duping the Govt by selling off fuel reserves. Famfa has sold her license to the chinese. Dangote is the only one who is taking on the business risk to invest his own capital to actually build and operate and refinery. This alone once complete will be a game changer in the downstream and mid stream oil and gas sector and also create jobs. And you have the guts to throw stones at him? How dare you?....what have you done for Nigeria? 3 Likes |

ArmadillopgpA:You don't know anything about Dangote . He deliberately got his cement business and Dangote sugar refinery listed on the stock exchange because Forbes and other international rating agencies do not recognize the value of any business from the owners words only . The 12 billion dollars represents his publicly listed assets . The man is worth sever more billions from his other unlisted assets . 2 Likes |

guterMann: Blah Blah Blah. We've heard this ibeto story many times. Is Dangote the only one who has not been paying duties? Can ibeto swear he hasn't evaded duties? Is Dangote the only one with access to lawmakers who will make favorable policies for him? Let's stop holding brief for these importers calling themselves industrialists. Dangote has over time, differentiated himself by investing here in Nigeria. That's all that matters... |

Truth234: What if this Entrepreneur buy Nigeria out of her black-out that every Nigerian withness daily, which will create more employment for youths and the same time making his billions selling his 24/7 power supply to millions of Nigerians. Who else repulse those sights from aircraft's window in the nights or dawn when you see those dull candle lights cluttered around our landmarks when the plane manouvering to land? I will love to see entrepreneurs competing in Electricity industry not taking billions of dollars to Europe, Middle east and so on when your people are demanding for electricity and ready to pay for it. Dogma of entrepreneurship is looking for solution to people's problem. He is rich and he cannot find solution to that ojuelegba bridge mayhems that claims many lives with his careless and wicked truck drivers. You will see some of his trucks that fails safety checks. Roads are bad from the wear of trucks using those roads although, not every lorries on the road is his but majority is his. What if he spend from his revenues to repair those roads and even claim the expenses back from the government. I am not anti-Dangote i like him as an entrepreneur but there are some areas he need to look into to reduce mass sufferings. |

medolab90:Richest man in the world with the way Mark Zuckerberg toppled him and left him far behind? is it that easy? he's not taking steps forward lately to achieve that anytime soon,or do you think its easy to take over the likes of Bill Gates,Warren Buffet, etc? encourage him to not involve in charity and encourage those other guys to get actively involved in charity,it doesn't mean Dangote can overtake them that easily. now,my question is if he becomes richest, will you gain one kobo from that? his money belongs to him and his family alone jare. try to be world richest yourself rather than living your life for someone else |

deenee:would he have done all the labour by himself? the type of charity Warren Buffet and Bill Gates do is what I call contributing to nation and not employing people when their salaries are not times ten of normal salaries. every business man employs people. I myself have people I employ and have employed but that doesn't mean I contribute to the country in any way. stop having this slave mentality. no wonder why whites colonized you so easily |
Re: Dangote To Invest Up To $50 Billion In U.S., Europe By 2025 by PierreDeFermat(m): 2:33pm On Aug 17, 2017 |
sweatlana:benefit? when he's not foolish like Warren Buffet that went to put $30.1billion into charity, now he's not the world richest anymore. Dangote is smart,he's trying to be the world richest by not given much into charity because he doesn't want to be like Bill Gates that drops from number 1 to number 2 all the time in the name of giving too much to charity |
Re: Dangote To Invest Up To $50 Billion In U.S., Europe By 2025 by Ibnjurayj(m): 2:35pm On Aug 17, 2017 |
PierreDeFermat: I like that jare, Bill Gates isn't only an entrepreneur but also innovator and philantropist. Dangote is African richest and Nigeria is still like 500 years backward. Apart from employments he create I'm not seeing any other improvement and benefits the masses get from him maybe his trucks even add more damages to our roads. |
