The United States Government through the President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) has set aside a total of $9.6million to control malaria in Sokoto State.

United States Diplomatic Mission to Nigeria in a statement on Friday said 2.9 million bed nets valued at $8.1 million has been set aside for distribution with an additional sum of $1.5 million for logistics in the state.

The bed nets will be distributed in all 23 local government areas of the State.

“The bed nets, valued at $8.1 million will be distributed in all 23 local government areas of the State. The U.S. Government also provided an additional $1.5 million for logistics, including transportation of the bed nets, community mobilisation, and training of workers to distribute the bed nets. These nets and support for the distribution are a gift from the American People to the People of Sokoto State,” the statement read in part.

The distribution according to the US government is necessary to create increased access to health services, especially for the poor and because Malaria is a leading cause of illnesses in Nigeria.

“This bed net distribution is significant to scale up access to malaria prevention within every household in Sokoto State. Malaria is one of the leading killers of children and a leading cause of illnesses in Nigeria, particularly during the rainy season when the mosquito population increases,” the statement read.

The statement said further that, since 2011, the U.S. Government has spent more than $420 million to control malaria in Nigeria. Over 50 percent of U.S. Government funding for malaria goes into procuring and distributing insecticide-treated bed nets, malaria diagnostic kits, and malaria medicines.

AMP by default doesn't display adsense ads. I guess that's why you had a drop in revenue. If you want your AMP pages to show ads, you'll need to use a plugin. I can't remember the name of the one I'm using.

Without keywords, there's no way search engines will know what a page is all about. So, saying keyword research and optimization are dying is plain false.

As far as SEO is concerned, nothing works except what works for you. And nothing sucks except what you've personally confirmed to be crap! Alexa rank does not determine profitability of a site on one hand it does on the other hand.
For site that depends on adsense earnings Alexa rank can be use as a yardstick.
While on blog that depends on independent marketing you can't determine what such site makes.

One of my site got an Alexa rank of about 1.3m but i was making like 3m in a year and one year like that I made sales of over 6.5m.

Remove ur mind from foreign traffic guys are making it with naija traffic.. A good daily traffic of 6k can generate you 15 to 20k page views which can guarantee you of 10$ to 15$ daily

Namecheap is good, a foreign hosting company. No down time.. If it occurs then it won't exceed 3mins.

Am a professional when it comes to generating revenue online in fact my roommate while in school is building his house all techniques he learnt from me through blogging.
My new adsense account unverified I shared yesterday before I deleted it shows that I was able to raise $ 130 within 7 days all from a blog that's less than 3 months which many bloggers find it hard to achieve in 12 months. You all know how hard it is for unverified account to get click if you are used to adsense. The 3 months old blog as at today generates over 40k page views and over 15k real time visitors on daily basis all from Google search.
Now if it's rituals, Tonto dike bobs it will be a different thing .

I don't get you,but on a serious note how many times have you searched for crime scenes on Google?
When you encounter problem like a time i was cooking in the kitchen then I went out to urinate in the bathroom little did I know that I have mistakenly Rob pepper on my stuff it hurt me like the world will come to an end that day, so I quickly Google for solutions how to calm the pepper down and Google brought out liquid milk and that was the solution I got then.
I will repeat my self again to get traffic easily you have to provide real time solution. I didn't say crime scenes don't generate traffic it does most importantly when shared on nairaland.com like viviangist, nationalhelm does but this traffic are for limited time and everything dies down.
And most importantly you can't compare Google traffic worth with that of Facebook, nairaland etc. I earn more money from Clicks that comes from Google than any other site.

I can never ever disclose my site on nairaland... There are days I make $40.
I write original content... Mind you I have been into blogging for about 7year but I hated adsense, I independently raise good revenues from selling of stuff... I won't mention... In fact I built my first house from self monitization.
But I leta change my mind to go with adsense since my sales decline more than 80% backwards and a guy said he makes roughly $50 a day on one post on nairaland here ... It changed my perspective
