SIMPLE WAYS TO SHOW COURTESY 1. Don't break up with someone through a text message. 2. In case you miss a call, drop a message as soon as possible if you're unable to call back. 3. Pay back borrowed money as soon as possible no matter how little the amount is. Don't assume that they don't need it, and never make them ask you for it. 4. Turn the volume down when you're watching video, playing music or playing a game on your phone in a public place or, better yet, use headphones. 5. . Don't press your phone or use h headphones when someone is having a conversation with you. Unplug the headsets from your ears even if nothing is playing and give them your undivided attention. 6. When using someone else's phone or computer, don't go through their stuff without permission. 7. Always leave the last piece of meat for the person who bought it unless they insist they won't eat it. 8. Don't use loudspeaker of the phone to have a two person conversation unless you are unable to hold the phone. 9. When someone else cooks for you, offer to help clean the kitchen. 10. If you stay the night at someone's house, make the bed or fold the blankets when you leave. 11. Don't let your arguments escalate in public. Find some place else to continue arguing where others won't feel uncomfortable or interested. 12. If you ask your friends for help with some house work, feed them as payment. 13. When someone buys you food or coffee, try to return the favour within a week (if you can). 14. When you borrow someone's car, fill up the tank as a way of saying 'thank you.' 15. Don’t pick up a call while you are engaged in conversation without excusing yourself. 16. Make sure you don't forget to return that book you borrowed. 17. When someone gives you a gift, no matter how small it is or the way it was presented, even if it isn't up to your expectation, just say 'Thank You.' 18. When you have someone older than you who is friendly and makes himself free with you, speak to them with respect. 19. Don't feel too big to be corrected or reject good advice because you feel it's your life... Life is a ring; the next blow can come anytime. 20. When you receive messages on social media, try and reply. Don't feel too proud, maybe because you are a celebrity. Remember, no one knows tomorrow. Help to enlighten the world. DON'T STOP LEARNING! |

Cote D’Ivoire stalwart Yaya Toure has announced his retirement from international soccer with immediate effect, meaning that he will no longer feature for the Ivorian national team on the international stage. The combative midfielder surprised many with his announcement, despite the fact that the 33-year-old has enjoyed a long and fruitful career with the Elephants, as the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) is only a few months away and will see Cote D’Ivoire attempting to defend the title they won two years ago at the 2015 edition. The tournament in Gabon this January could have been the ideal swansong for the highly-respected Toure, who was named African Player of the Year on four consecutive occasions since 2001. The Manchester City midfielder played a total of 102 games for Cote D’Ivoire, scoring 19 goals in the process. He was part of the squad for all three of his nation’s World Cup appearances in 2006, 2010 and 2014, while he also represented his country at six AFCON tournaments, with the team being runners-up in 2006 and 2012, before victory in 2015. He captained the team from 2014, leading them to elusive glory at the Nations Cup two years ago in Equatorial Guinea, with a tense penalty shootout against Ghana going the way of the Elephants. At club level he has been highly successful, winning league titles for Barcelona in Spain and Manchester City in England, while he twice won the UEFA Champions League with Barca. He continues his club career at Man City, though troubles with new coach Pep Guardiola and the player’s agent have him struggling to get game time at the moment. The decision to retire from the national team may also be geared at prolonging his club career, as well as focusing more time on his family. Yaya Toure reveals decision to retire The news was conveyed via his official Twitter account and website, with the midfielder releasing a long statement that detailed his decision and looked back on his international career. “THANK YOU to the Elephants! Writing this note was probably ‘the most difficult match of my life’. After 14 years at the highest level, I’m sure this is the right time for me! The fact that I am 33 now, the intensity of training and the multitude of games are not the reasons why I am making this decision,” his official statement began. “Football is everything to me and it gave me so much in my career that I no longer feel able to set myself new goals as a player with the Elephants of Ivory Coast. This decision I have made has come gradually, it has slowly matured in my head,” Toure revealed. “I definitely thought it necessary wait until the qualifying stages for the next AFCON were over. It was also important for me that I do not disturb the dynamics of the national team,” the player added. Much of the statement was dedicated to thanking important people and describing some of the difficulties involving the death of his mother and one of his brothers, who both passed away while he was on national team duty. After thanking fans, journalists, friends and others who played a role in his career, he proceeded to thank his family. “I thank my family, my father, my brothers and my sisters who all supported me. I will always and forever feel blessed to have been born into such an exemplary family because without them I would never have been anything, or won what I have won, today,” he said. “I pay tribute to my wife and to my children, for whom I must spend a lot more time with, above all.” He ended his statement with a glimpse into what he will continue to focus on in the absence of national team soccer. “I can still bring a lot to the players, to the youth of my country and to the African continent and to the world. I would like to give the children what football has given me. Football gave me a lot. It taught me many things, things of life. This is one of the most important lessons in my life. Thank you! God bless you!”

Please mods, help post this at the right section if it is not.. Comedian Koffi has penned a stern open letter to rave of the moment,Kiss Daniel and his team ,warning him to be careful or end up like some big names like Burnaboy who don’t headline shows..He also slammed Oritsefemi and HumbleSmith..He wrote Who will wake Daniel with a kiss? First artiste to ever have a number 1 and number 2 video on the MTV Base countdown for weeks. First new artiste to ever drop an album without any major industry collabo. First artiste to blow up within a short period of time yet like Burna Boy hardly headlines any major shows, why? Let it be known that Mr ‘Jombo’ truly did not come into the music scene to ‘woju’, he proved his mettle ‘Laye’, and has been having a ‘Good time’ with his ‘Mama’ from ‘Sin City’. This express ride might be short lived however if our favourite fine boy does not cut the double face act. The fans see a sweet young man on the tube but behind the works the G worldwide king’s manager is killing the brand. A facade of humility is sold to the public, but the arrogance beneath is as hot as magma flowing from an expired volcano. Hot but soon becomes ash or turns solid stones that go nowhere when it cools off. I don’t know how these Actistes suddenly get the airs of “I too mush” and throw caution to the winds. They surround themselves with sycophants. Milking maids in the name of managers. How can a young man see such breakthrough in life and gradually poke posterity in the eye. Laying bad tracks along your career path that you won’t be able to thread upon on your way back. Right now we all know that like Mr M chairman I, King Tuface (2Baba) is barely churning out any hit songs but humbility has got them going even if their concert wowo small. Here you are an advanced ‘Photocopy’ version of 9ice and you ain’t picking points from what happened to your original progenitor despite his huge success(only Naija nigga to play at Mandela’s birthday) . Album is a few weeks away and the management of an artiste turns down major interviews, over bills clients for gigs and would rather arrogantly stay home on each of those days and loose mileage, connect and some rabar. Go and ask D’banj if he would dare make such a mistake again in his life. This write up is not to attack the Lion but to let the people around him know that if care is not taken a wounded dog like Chuddy K, W4, Ice Prince, Ikechukwu, D’Prince (who is no longer here)……… will be better than a dead Durella. Wake up my dear dream interpreter let God not judge you wrong. Shaddout to humblesmith too for not coming anything close to his name whilst a veteran like Ras kimono is turning up at every show killing it and staying on fleek. Oritsefemi be careful, it was not a publicity stunt, you and Danku got whipped due to his dumb managerial ability, retrace your steps before the ‘Mercies of the Lord’ abandon you finally. I don talk my own but as usual my mouth dey smell, make I run go back studio go tidy up recording on my #CollaboraShunz album, all of una dey craze with the yeye social media frenzy wey dey make una loose common sense. Wait till African china koboko flog you na dat time your eye go clear maybe you sef go become video director like Banky or just dey nowhere like J.Martins wey Alhaji Tekno dey use hin style dey humbly take collect mula. 1! #IDGAF @koffithaguru aka Casper aka Beast is Nigeria’s most versatile comedian, actor, singer, producer, orator, righter! . #TheComicTruthByKoffi is not personal.
