Sometime in 2014, i was granted a US Visa for my Master's degree. After completing my degree, i renewed it and worked there for like one year. I came back home to Nigeria to cater for my Sick Dad being the only child and he died this year. After the burial and the mourning, i decided to go back, only for them to tell me at the embassy that i have to Apply for a fresh Visa even after showing them all the proves of my Visa and my certificate i acquired there. The only reason they gave me was its Trump's new Policy.

Does anyone understand this so called policy, i need an explanation from another source
