The Nigeria police force in a circular seen online is making an offer to pay the sum of one million naira to anyone who might have useful information leading to the re-arrest of Maxwell Dike. The young man allegedly escaped from the police custody after being found guilty of rape and murder. Maxwell Dike was a second year student of University of Port Harcourt before he was convicted..
