In all, 76 prominent Nigerians are listed in the five notebooks submitted by the Halliburton Group. Why are they still walking the street of Nigeria free. Their counterparts in France and America their paid the bribes have been convicted and served their jail terms. The recipients of the bribes in Nigeria are in French and American court documents,yet APC chooses to turn a blind eye and recover the money |
