Whenever I'm downloading from an app like UC or opera and i minimise the app or my screen times out the download process pauses automatically.
How do i stop it

And 4shared app also... Once minimised or screen timeout it pauses automatically.... So i just have to wait and watch while downloading

alright, go to your app settings and give your apps permission to run at the background.

ok thanks... I went to battery optimization and i set those apps to not optimised. Everything works fine now

Maybe they will look at people's complaints and correct it in the next update. For now you'll have to manage your usage to save power.

Yeah I hope so. The importance of that feature cannot be overemphasised. It saved me a lot in camp.

1.) Tried a hardreset. (it worked for 5 mins, and then stopped).

2.) Did the Xos upgrade. ( still proves abortive).

I'm experience the same thing too.
Mine only works when i'm using an earpiece.

Solved the issue today and works perfectly.
These are the steps I followed
1.) After a factory reset.
2.) Go to settings.
3.) Go to apps.
4.) Click on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner of the screen.
5.) Then tap reset app preferences.
6.) Reboot your device.
WHALAH!!!
